2. Not Protect Yourself From The Sun

Although skin cancer happens to be one of the most preventable types of cancer, many of us take little steps to prevent the harmful and damaging effects of the sun. Too much sun exposure can lead to eye damage, blindness, and worst of all skin cancer. Plus, it actually speeds up the process of aging. Don’t let this happen to you, protect yourself from strong UV rays by wearing sunscreen, sunglasses, and avoiding tanning beds at all costs.

Being overweight is incredibly harmful to your health.
