There’s no better way to stay motivated, then working out with good friends. Whether it’s an exercising buddy or taking a fitness class, you’ll be more likely to stick to your workouts with friends by your side. 4. Switch Up Your Routine

Along with consistency, you’ll want to be sure you change up your workout routines. This way you can build up the intensity and target different muscles groups. Mix it up and keep the challenge going in the gym.

5. Give It Your All

Make every workout count! Push yourself at the gym and get the most of your workouts. After a good workout, you can expect to feel hungry and your muscles will feel extra sore.
