Researchers at the Canisius College in Buffalo, New York interviewed 962 women living in the United States about their sleeping habits. 55% of those women said they share their bed with at least one dog and 31% of those women said they sleep next to at least one cat.
The results surprisingly revealed that women who share their bed with their dog sleep better at night and are less likely to be disrupted compared to the women who slept next to a cat or even another person. Not only is sharing your bed with your four-legged best friend super cuddly, but according to the results of the study it leaves you feeling safe, sound, and secure all night long.
